Take a trip with us across our neighboring boarders and beyond. This week we will learn to make recipes influenced by North and South American Cuisine. We may spice things up with campers as they chop, mix, and cook their way through this week. Children may try their hands at foods like ceviche, empanadas, or dulce de leche desserts.
