GUITAR Lessons at Open Arts Studio
Open Arts Studio offers group guitar lessons for students aged 7 to adult. Class placement is determined by age and skill level. These group guitar lessons are appropriate for everyone, from beginners who have never held a guitar, to advanced guitarists who wish to improve on their skills. Open Arts Studio utilizes a hands-on approach for these group lessons, as well as body percussion and methodology influence from Orff and Kodaly.
Maximum 6 students per class.
One hour per week, for six consecutive weeks.

Beginner Guitar
This class is for students who are brand new to learning the guitar. Students are introduced to how the guitar works, basic strumming patterns and simple chords. They also get a chance to play simple songs together as a group.

Ongoing Beginner Guitar
The ongoing beginner guitar class is for students who have taken beginning guitar before (at Open Arts Studio or elsewhere) but are not yet ready to move up to the intermediate level.
