Six Week Session Classes
Open Arts Studio is offering sewing classes throughout the year for adults! Sewing classes are designed for beginners but offer challenges for more intermediate students and are both fun and educational. These classes are set up as six week sessions that meet once a week on the given day and time for a duration of two hours. Most of these classes are offered during weeknights. Please browse the curret class we are offering below and contact us if interested in another option.
*All adult classes need a minimum of four registered students to run.
Sewing courses will be centered around easy functional projects for you and your home. You will learn the basics of machine operation, measuring, pattern sizing, terminology, layout, cutting and assembly. Students will explore projects such as shoulder bags, purses, table runners, napkins, pillow slips, simple skirts, and so much more!
*Fabric and notions are not included
